At 800 meters above sea level, on the gentle hills that were once the bottom of the Mediterranean and under the shelter of the Sierra del Negrete (Utiel), a unique landscape awaits the eye. An environment where pines, holm oaks and olive trees join with the aromatic notes of thyme, rosemary and fennel that dot the valley and combine to envelop the fruit of the Sarrión-Martínez family vineyards, Bobal. A strong grape variety which, resistant to extreme climates and apparently infertile limestone soils, cultivated using natural and pioneering processes in the region, offers a fruit full of nuances, elegant and delicate. A grape that is an expression of the soil, the climate, the aromas of the mountains and the proximity to the sea, which together give the wine its unique Mediterranean character.

Tasting

As its name suggests, La Traca is an explosive vintage, a real fruit bomb! In Spanish, "la traca" means a backfire, the final bouquet of fireworks and this vintage is the very expression of that. To share for beautiful moments of conviviality. Cherry red color, nose of red fruits, palate with a frank attack and enveloping tannins.
