Comment

God's Plan is so named because, in the Middle Ages, crossing this vast scrubland forest full of plunderers merited surrendering one's soul to God. Since then, vines have replaced this forest. This uniform terroir corresponds to the vast alluvial terrace, formed by the Eygues and the Ouvèze. These pebbles rest on blue clay, ensuring rising humidity which preserves the growth of the vines during the summer drought. Mediterranean climate with the influence of the Mistral. The harvest comes from the plot of a single winemaker who pays close attention to the vineyard. Traditional winemaking under temperature control is carried out by pumping over. It is followed by macerations lasting up to 3 weeks. Aging for six months in concrete vats.

Tasting

Deep garnet red color with purple reflections. Complex, sunny and delicious nose, with notes of cooked over ripened fruit. Generous, ample and sweet wine, of medium structure. Nice balance of fruity and spicy wines.
