Based on a magnificent vineyard with High Environmental Value, the highest state environmental certification for agricultural operations in France, Cabane du Pyla is committed to an approach that is particularly respectful of the environment. After rigorous settling, it comes from vinification at low temperature after a short maceration in an inerted press to avoid the risk of oxidation. The alcoholic fermentations are held as long as possible in order to develop the fruity character of this rosé as much as possible. Type of soil: clay-limestone.
