Comment

Chianti is an Italian red wine produced in the Chianti region of Tuscany with a history dating back to the 13th century. The emblematic grape variety of the region, Sangiovese, is largely dominant there at more than 80%. It is recognized by its accents of tobacco, cherry and spices. It also has a fairly high acidity, which characterizes the wines of this terroir. Supple and delicious, with a dominant register of red fruits reminiscent of cherry or cranberry, Chiantis go well with simple and varied cuisine marked by tomatoes, for example. Merlot, Canaiolo or other native grape varieties can also complete the blend.

Tasting

Intense red color with garnet reflections. Intense bouquet of ripe fruits with notes of wood, spices and vanilla. Harmonious palate, salty, slightly tannic, soft, mellow. Will go perfectly with your meat and cheese dishes.
