Comment

Celene Bordeaux was born from the merger of the historic production house of Crémant de Bordeaux (formerly called Ballarin), and the Lannoye vineyards. The latter are made up of three estates on the Right Bank of the Garonne and located in the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux, Puisseguin Saint-Émilion, and Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellations. The AOC Crémant de Bordeaux officially appeared in 1990. Crémant de Bordeaux is produced and developed in the Bordeaux appellation area using the traditional method known as Champenoise. Manual harvest in shelves, second fermentation in bottle. Aging 12 months.
