Le Cellier de la Sainte Baume brings together around sixty cooperators spread over a 15-kilometer radius around Saint Maximin la Sainte Baume. Dynamic and keen to be more and more efficient, the cooperators continue to invest in their recent cellar in order to keep it up to date with the latest equipment. Le Cellier De La Sainte Baume has a vat room capacity of 44,000 hectoliters. The average production of the cooperative is 20,000 hectos/year. This production is essentially composed of Rosé representing 85%, 5% white and 10% red.

Beautiful pale pink dress. Lots of finesse and elegance on red fruits, the palate is very fresh and balanced.
