Domaines Latrille Bonnin is above all a family story for 6 generations. Since 1830, they have spread over the communes of Langon and Mazéres to the south east of Bordeaux under the Graves appellation. To this day, Christophe Bonnin continues the family tradition and manages the 50 hectares of Vignobles Latrille Bonnin with his younger sister, Marie-Céline Vuaillat Bonnin and his wife, Marie-Noelle Bonnin. They work hand in hand to enrich Domaines Latrille Bonnin with oenological progress and new winemaking techniques, constantly seeking the best quality in the production of their wines certified with High Environmental Value (HVE3). Their common desire is to give Domaines Latrille Bonnin a reputation and thus perpetuate the family history.

Tasting

Château Chanteloiseau is a dense, fleshy and full-bodied wine that delivers multiple flavors (red fruits, blackcurrants, wild fruits). In accordance with the nose, the tannins are fine and powerful. Goes very well with feathered or furred game and strong cheeses.
