Comment

Originally, a small family vineyard founded by the Bouron family in 1964 where cereals and animals are grown and raised in an organic and friendly spirit. Today made up of 32 hectares of vines between the Garonne and the Dordogne, sitting on clay-limestone soils, the vineyard offers Bordeaux with fruity temperaments. Respect for nature and its rhythms are essential. Patience and the valorization of know-how, all the ingredients come together to offer high-quality Bordeaux appellation wines Controlled and certified by the Ecocert organization, “Château Chavrignac” wines thus display the AB logo and can claim the “Organic wine” label. Château Chavrignac, a pioneer, has also respected organic cultivation since 1964 and adheres to the FNIVAB winemaking specifications.

Tasting

The wine is frank, clean and clean. Fruit, English candy, everything is charming and smiling, well balanced, with a slight sweet sensation on the finish. The whole is resolutely harmonious.
