Château Donis was taken over in 2005 by a young owner, Vincent Mercier (48 years old) originally from Corrèze and adopted in Bordeaux during his viticulture studies. If, at first, he went through the network of the cooperative cellar, in 2013, he decided to stand out on his own. Already involved in organic and convinced of the real interest, from his first position as a cellar worker in a property undergoing organic conversion, he did not hesitate for a second to obtain certification for his property. Tasting

Beautiful deep red color. The nose is marked by red fruits and plum. We feel a certain concentration on the palate, certainly brought by the Malbec grape variety, but the fruit, still very present, rebalances everything. Beautiful aromatic persistence on the finish. To discover all its purity and appreciate its fruit, we advise you to aerate it before serving.
