Family owned for five generations, the Gaec Dupouy vineyard is located in the town of Soulignac, in the heart of Entre-deux-Mers. Covering an area of ​​17 hectares on clayey gravel soil including 3 ha of white (Sémillon and Muscadelle grape varieties) and 10 ha of red (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grape varieties), vinification is traditional in a private cellar with a methodically monitored by a consulting oenologist, the wines are A.O.C. Bordeaux, red and white.

Tasting

On the nose, Château du Cornet reveals aromas of red fruit. On the palate this red wine is a powerful wine with a nice balance between acidity and tannins. It goes well with beef, veal or game.
