Comment

The 55 ha vineyard is located on a gravel plateau 40 km south-east of Bordeaux, in the commune of Budos. Château Margès is a family property located on a very beautiful terroir in the Graves appellation where the stones are always coated with clay and sand. This famous terroir on which the vines rest allows us to obtain supple and aromatic red wines. These can be easily enjoyed during their early youth. Traditional vinification takes place in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. The wine will then undergo aging for 12 months before bottling.

Tasting

Superb garnet color. Bouquet which combines minerality and ripe fruits (blackcurrant, morello cherry). The palate is delicious and rich (volume), this vintage is generous in red fruits. Both easy-drinking and frank, this wine is punctuated by a crisp and distinguished finish.
