Comment

The Château Pouyanne vineyard extends over a very beautiful terroir of 55 hectares, 40 km south-east of Bordeaux, in the town of Budos. The hillside, varied, is very gravelly at the top and clay-limestone at the bottom. Environmental protection has been a major issue for producers who practice sustainable cultivation (monitoring of vine treatments and choice of inputs, water and effluent management, sustainable fertilization, biodiversity, selective sorting and recycling) since for many years with monitoring by the Gironde Chamber of Agriculture.

Tasting

Tender color with slightly salmon reflections, limpid and crystalline. The delicate nose is reminiscent of raspberry and tangy candy. The palate is fresh and fleshy, with aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry.
