Comment

A small town of 2,330 inhabitants, Pugnac is located in the canton of Estuaire in Haute Gironde, approximately 35 km from Bordeaux and 12 km from Blaye. Built on a hill, according to legend it owes its name to the local tribes who once chose this place to settle their differences with fists. Today, winegrowers, taking advantage of an exceptional terroir and sunshine, have advantageously replaced the fighters of yesteryear and are producing excellent quality wine in their cellars.

Tasting

Beautiful purple color with brilliant reflections, expressive nose with notes of small red fruits and light touch of spices, the attack on the palate is frank with a tasty substance with melted tannins. Long and balanced finish.
