Comment

Family estate for several generations located in the heart of Sancerre, in the small wine-growing village of Bué. The cultivation of the vines there is very reasoned with an organic tendency in order to respect the plants and the terroirs. The wines come from different types of soil in renowned localities in the village in order to promote a varied range of terroirs such as "caillotes", limestone and clay-limestone (Kimmeridgian marl).

Tasting

This is a rosé which is not burdened with embellishment and which delivers without restraint with pep. Finale always full of energy with these citrus flavors. A friendly and opening rosé that awakens the taste buds.
