Comment

For generations, the Coggia family has operated the Domaine Gaspa d'Oru which extends over around twenty hectares of vines planted on an exceptional terroir, between the sea and the mountains, on the Ghisonaccia plateau (eastern coast of Corsica). ). The name Gaspa d'Oru, "Grappe d'Or", comes from the estate's grapes which are rich and bright when harvested when ripe.

Tasting

This wine, with a beautiful pale color, reveals a nose of small red fruits with lemony notes. On the palate, the aromas of pink grapefruit and lime dominate, followed by a fine acidity and a fresh finish. Ideal as an aperitif, with salads, grilled meat or to accompany desserts.
