Since 1912, the Grassa family has taken care of Domaine Tariquet located in Gascony in the South West of France. In order to protect the life of the soil and optimize the quality of the grapes, the vines have benefited from sustainable viticulture since the beginning of the 1990s. The philosophy of the Grassa family is to preserve, during vinification, the freshness and the aromatic potential of each grape variety harvested on the property's vines. The estate has been HVE certified since 2016.

Tasting

Premières Grives is a round, structured, rich wine, benefiting from a great freshness which energizes the whole and which provides a moment of immediate happiness. The character is exotic and gourmet. This very balanced sweet wine, produced from Gros Manseng, a native grape variety from the South-West, gives way to a very fresh grape finish. To share as an aperitif then with semi-cooked or pan-fried foie gras, spicy and Asian dishes, hard or blue cheeses, pastries or a fruit salad.
