Since 1912, the Grassa family has taken care of Domaine Tariquet located in Gascony in the South West of France. In order to protect the life of the soil and optimize the quality of the grapes, the vines have benefited from sustainable viticulture since the beginning of the 1990s. The philosophy of the Grassa family is to preserve, during vinification, the freshness and the aromatic potential of each grape variety harvested on the property's vines. The estate has been HVE certified since 2016.

Tasting

A grape variety revisited under the clemency of the Gascon sky which gains a new palette of perfume. A characteristic nose with intense and fine floral notes, some mineral nuances then a dominant sensation of “ripe grains”. A beautiful intensity giving way to a lot of finesse and freshness. A true wine of pleasure and delicacy... Serve chilled. To be consumed at the start of a meal. As an aperitif, with oysters, tartars or fish carpaccios seasoned with aromatic herbs (chives, dill, tarragon, etc.).
