Clay-limestone soils. The grapes are pressed with a pneumatic press. The juices obtained are settled cold (8°C). The alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermoregulated vats at 18°C, it is launched by the addition of yeasts specially selected for their ability to reveal the aromas of Colombard and Ugni blanc.

Tasting

Pale yellow color. Complex nose, it expresses the citrus aromas specific to the Colombard grape variety. Agitation reveals delicate aromas of white fruits. The mouth is balanced. The beautiful maturity of the grapes brings notes of apricot compotes and ripe pears. This wine will go wonderfully with all your aperitifs, white meats and Asian cuisine. Serve at 10°C.
