Comment

In 1887, love and passion for the land led master winemaker Francesco Mionetto to open a winery in the gently rolling hills of Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Prosecco vineyard. During its century of history, Mionetto has established itself as a flagship of the region and has become one of the main players in the production of Prosecco on the international scene. The Valdobbiadene vineyard is made up of plots of vines as far as the eye can see that extend over gentle, rolling hills. Its climate is generally temperate: in the north, the region is protected by the Alps. In the East, it is warmed by the winds from the Adriatic Sea which reduce the temperature in summer and provide precipitation which promotes good growth of the vines. At the end of summer, the region is marked by large temperature differences between day and night allowing aromatic substances to develop in the grapes as they ripen.

Tasting

This sparkling Prosecco is distinguished by creamy and persistent bubbles which combine scents of acacia with generous notes of Golden apple, pineapple and orange. The palate is soft, velvety, sparkling and dry at the same time.
