With the regrouping of Caves Louis Vallon and Sauveterre-Blasimon-Espiet, the union has 300 families who recognize themselves, above all, as such. For this reason, they chose to rename the company “Bordeaux Families”. Like grapes from the same bunch. The mission of Bordeaux Families is simple and complete: produce and age wines from the vineyard to the cellars, and market these wines, in bulk or in bottle.

Tasting

“Phare du Ferret” alone symbolizes these friendly moments between friends during the summer. These moments of pleasure when we accompany our grilled meats and salads with a frank and charming rosé. Initially, we are presented with a slightly salmon and shiny color. The nose demonstrates overall harmony. Indeed, floral and red fruit hints seem to emerge. On the palate, the attack reveals a very supple wine with delicious and lively fruit. Its finish is not to be outdone, it offers a minerality which delicately balances the whole. This rosé will be the master card to accompany your dishes with Mediterranean accents, your summer salads, without forgetting your grilled meats. Special mention for grilled prawns.
