Comment

Between the monumental Andes, several opposing mountain ranges (Cordillera de la Costa) and the mighty Pacific Ocean lies the Valle Central, the central valley of Chile. It is made up of four valleys. To the north is Maipo, followed by Valle del Rapel, then Curicó and finally, to the south, Maule. The surface area of ​​its vineyard is immense. In total, the vineyards of the four main valleys represent approximately 90% of the total Chilean vineyard area. This represents approximately 124,000 hectares of vineyards in the Valle Central. The red Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety makes up approximately 30% of all grape varieties in this wine region. Protected from the wind, the grapes ripen during warm days and cool nights.

Tasting

This Cabernet Sauvignon has pleasant fruity aromas, it is easy to drink and presents powerful notes of berries, chocolate as well as a touch of vanilla. It is ideal to accompany different kinds of meat, pasta and cheese. Serve between 15 and 17°C.
